Sarah Higgins will be transitioning from President to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Jake Beyer is transitioning from Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to President. For nearly two decades, Jake’s exceptional leadership has driven innovation and operational excellence across EDCi, including spearheading EHRConnect, our signature healthcare contact center solution. As President, Jake will be empowered to deliver even more impactful results, accelerating decision-making and strengthening our partnership with every customer and partner.
