The third generation in her family business, Sarah joined Electroline in 2011 and EDCi in 2015. Her passion lies in embracing the importance and art of communication in business. Sarah serves as President, with specific areas of expertise covering corporate development, customer care, and marketing. Sarah is a graduate of UW-Madison and Rutgers University.
Glenn joined Electroline in 1979, the year his father founded the company. He began in a sales role, growing the company through the sale of wire and cabling. In 1989, EDCi was established and Glenn took over as the company president. In 2023, he transitioned into the role of board member.
With years of experience in IT leadership, Dan joined EDCi in 2007 as the Director of Professional Services. In 2011 he was promoted to Vice President. Today Dan is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of our growing organization.
Jake joined EDCi in 2007 as an engineer and has expanded his responsibilities to include sales and consulting. Today he leads EDCi as our CTO with a focus on experience to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty, driving growth and innovation across all business units.
With over 20 years of experience, Brian serves as Vice President of Security, Data Center, and Networking Solutions at EDCi. Prior to this role, he led customer experience strategies at Cisco, where he focused on service design, delivery management, and operational leadership. At EDCi, Brian spearheads the data center practice, driving infrastructure growth and ensuring operational reliability.
Alexis joined EDCI in 2023 as the Director of Product Development overseeing the software business unit. She brings over a decade of digital product management experience and agile coaching for teams. She holds active credentials across enterprise design thinking, product, and project management.
Nick is an ambitious and dedicated IT professional, with a focus on continuous improvement. He joined EDCi as an engineer in 2008. From there he took on a project management role; today he leads the data center and managed services teams.
John is a Project Delivery Services professional with 20 + years of experience in the Contact Center and Telecommunications. He has successfully managed Professional Services teams, project implementations of multi-site and multi-national premise, and cloud-based contact center solutions to private and public sector clients.
Adam serves as Senior Sales Director, leading sales across all EDCi solution domains. With a consultative and client-value-first approach, Adam and his team focus on providing best-in-class industry solutions and professional service support to help customers achieve the business outcomes and results they desire. Adam and his team focus on creating customers for life, ensuring clients see EDCi as their go-to trusted source for all technology solution needs.
Kris joined EDCi in 2011 as a Human Resources professional and has since worn many hats, including managing Electroline’s sales. After more than a decade of contributing to both HR and sales, Kris is now focusing exclusively on Human Resources—her true passion. In this role, she will lead employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits administration, performance management, and training initiatives to support a positive and thriving workplace.
Ben joined EDCi in 2014 as a Business Development Manager. Over the years, he has assisted in multiple practices in business development and solution architecture. His passion for marketing followed him throughout his career. Today Ben leads the marketing team.
Jeff has been a Controller at both Fortune 500 companies and small family-owned businesses. Having also held positions in Operations, including CS Manager and Operations Manager, Jeff brings an “operations perspective” to the Accounting function to drive positive change and achieve departmental and organizational goals.
