If your request is after hours, our automated service will walk you through a process to engage a resource. You will be called back within 30 minutes of leaving a message.
During business hours you will be put in touch with our Technical Service Coordinators who can assist you. You will be asked to prioritize the call depending on Severity and Impact using a priority scale from P1–P5 ensuring a timely response. All tickets are tracked in the EDCi TSC Ticketing System, which is available through this site.
